How much does shipping cost?

Consolidating multiple packages into one box is a smart way to save on international shipping costs.
Am I responsible for paying any customs fees?
Yes, any charges related to customs clearance in your country will be your responsibility. You will receive information regarding the amount to be paid directly from the shipping carrier and/or local customs service.
What items are prohibited?
Please keep in mind that there are certain items that cannot be shipped through our company. These include live animals, explosive items, hazardous waste, perishable biological materials, organs and human corpses, narcotics and psychotropic substances, obscene or indecent items, counterfeit items, dangerous materials such as compressed gases or any item containing gas or compressed air or liquid, financial products, SIM cards, jewellery, precious metals, gold or silver, or other valuables. We also do not send items that may present a hazard to delivery agents or other shipments, hazardous waste, cultural property, lithium cells and batteries, drugs with or without prescription, alcohol and tobacco, and strategic goods. Please note that we take the safety and well-being of our customers and community very seriously and any illegal drugs or narcotics received at our warehouse will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
Additionally, we do not permit the use of MyShippingAssistant.co.uk addresses for packages that may require customs or shipping fees.
